Leeds Castle is located in Kent, England and is built on an island in a lake. The site dates to 1119 and
Henry VIII (1491-1547) used it as a residence for his first wife, Catherine of Aragon.
The castle, as seen today, originates mostly to the 19th Century. It opened to the public in 1976.
My original drawing was done in panoramic style and measured 6,000 pixels x 2,000 pixels!
