Its done with a black ballpoint pen then a yellow ballpoint pen but which is not lemon yellow or chrome one. Rather it is yellow orchre.
So here is a scene of a big garden, full of trees. And far on the right, a restaurant. It does not appear well because there are lot of trees over there and it's under reflected light zone.
I think such a place in real life, which indeed exists, can be very peaceful because you are far from noise, pollution and sky crapers. In Mauritius and may be many countries generally, we do have old mansions or colonial houses in gardens where the descendants have transformed into restaurants.
And as I like such places, then I mostly like to make it by imagination, thus in my own way. And in art, its really very motivational when we are correctly able to show by mind, places which make us comfortable and happy. When I see my imaginary art, I feel am there. Although its just my imagination on paper.
Sometimes its strange but yet fantastic to realize that with a simple, cheap and so accessible ballpoint pen, we can express ourself so deeply and happily.
We dont necessarily need expensive and big canvas, brushes and paintings to show things correctly and in details. Most of my art are of small sizes and am of those who are satisfied with little space in my art.
A big thanks to Ivan for making such a wonderful website where we share our art. Hope it remains till the world remains. Thus, even if we are not here tomorow buy yet we will remain "alive" by the artworks we shared here. Our art can inspire many people who knows.
