good job!
by: Ivan

Jessica,
you are doing absolutely the right thing when you copy. That is how everybody started. The same thing is with tracing (put paper over drawing). It simply doesn't matter what method you use to complete the picture if you are totally clueless. When you repeat the process several times you'll be able to draw without much effort because your hands will remember the contours and strokes. Go ahead and challenge yourself with pictures you perceive as difficult and you'll find that they aren't difficult at all ;-)

I love the way that your trying to get into drawing the easiest way, I was able to achieve drawing the way that you are learning now when i was about 8years old i used to always trace the pictures not knowing how skilled i was at drawing. I am now 13 Years old and i love to sketch the natural things in life. In a couple of years time i will be going down to my local art gallery and giving the in for a reasonable price to be sold. I hope that you could do the same as for the Rose drawing is an amazing sketch! I hope to be seeing more of your sketches online =). Thanks for Reading my comment.

Yours sincerely, Melissa
