Is the first dragon a chinese dragon?

well the first drawing I am not sure what kind of dragon it is... It is definitely not a chinese dragon, because the chinese dragon has 5 toes and not four. The only dragon who has those four toes is either the korean or the tibian dragon. They look like the chinese dragon, but you can really see the differences in their toes...
