How to draw a rose (pt 1) happy about the way it came out. never did tutorials before.

Soooo.... haven't drawn for a long long time now.
Makes me even happier 'cause it came out well.. :)

It took me about 5-6h with breaks. Was a looong night :P

I used around ten colors.

For the Rose bloom I used;
White
Pink Madder Lake
Rose Madder Lake
Wine Red

For the Rose stem, thorns & leaves I used;
Light Green
Apple Green
Moss Green
Venetian Red

Its around 11x9 inches big.
