did this quick on paint.your drawing should look summat like this.

1.first you draw a circle/oval thing.
2.then you make it into a more of a head shape.
3.then you shade it in. use a very soft pencil.
4.color it in if you want to.
of course yours will look better than mine

It is hard not to try to teach when you think you found a simple way to do something. Try googling some cartooning techniques and practise on paper and not paint shop. Good luck.

I used to live in Washington and I spent many weekends camping at Mt St Helens. My favorite place in the world. You lucky girl!!
